The delivery is made on the Romanian territory, as follows:
- Free delivery – is valid for orders exceeding 150 lei.
- Delivery with fee – for orders that do not exceed the threshold of 150 lei, the cost is fixed, 16 lei, regardless of the weight or destination of the package.
Delivery time is between 1 and 3 working days.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed and shipped on Mondays.
The right to cancel the contract and return of our products (food category):
According to the legislation in force (ord. 34/2014 supplemented by law 51/2003 on the legal regime of distance contracts – art. 12, point a) and Directive 97/7 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20.05.1997 on consumer protection in respect of distance contracts – Article 3 (2), first subparagraph) contracts for the supply of food, drink or other consumer goods supplied at the consumer’s home, residence or place of work through distributors stable cannot be denounced unilaterally. Once the products are received, they cannot be returned.
